Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not make and accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). References to “us”, “we”, “our”, and “Company” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean Ticket N Fly Reservation. References to “you”, “Client/Customer” means the person(s) in whose name and on whose behalf the booking is made and whose name is on the checklist and invoice. References to “supplier” and/or third-party providers means supplier or provider of any travel related products and services from airlines, cruises, car rental operators, tour operators, hotels, and insurance companies etc.

We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of all other traveller(s)/persons on the booking and that person will bind all such other travellers /persons to these Terms and Conditions. References to ‘checklist’ means the checklist to be acknowledged by the client for each booking and forming a part of the Terms and Conditions.

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Prices quoted are subject to change at any time until full payment is received from the client and tickets are issued. Price changes may occur due to factors outside our control which increase the cost of the products or services. In the event of such changes, we reserve the right to recover the applicable surcharge. We also reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or omissions.

• Cancelled bookings will incur charges, up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
  
• Fees will also apply where a booking is changed or tickets or other travel documents are re-issued.
  
• Where we incur liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify and reimburse us for the amount of that fee or charge.
  
• Cancellation policies of the relevant supplier or third-party provider apply, in addition to our terms and conditions. Such policies may be subject to change without prior intimation.
  
• If you wish to make voluntary changes to your booking, they are subject to availability, limitations, and restrictions as per supplier. After ticket issuance, any change may incur additional costs such as fare difference, change penalty, or service fee.
  

By proceeding, both parties acknowledge and agree to these terms via email acceptance. This includes (but is not limited to) payment of the invoice and your use of the services provided by us or any other supplier related to your booking. All such means will be deemed effective acknowledgement. Execution of this agreement shall be sufficient to bind the parties to these terms and conditions.
